Nirmala (Delia Cantú) was born in Milan, where she lived and worked for many years. An anthropologist and neuropsychomotor therapist, she is involved in therapy neuropsychocorporeal therapies and teaching. She specializes in posturology psychosomatics, craniosacral therapy, and systemic therapy. For the past ten years she has devoted herself to the physiology and regulation of the Nervous System, training in Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Informed Practice.
Her encounter with Yogananda brings to the center of her life the spiritual. She is registered in the national register of Spiritual Companions in illness, death and bereavement.
In 2021 she moved to Assisi and joined the community of Ananda.
Here she continues her research between Spirituality and Science.
