Yoga
Ananda Yoga is a classical style of Hatha Yoga that uses asana and pranayama to facilitate both the awakening and experience of, and ultimately control over, the subtle energies (prana) within oneself. The Ananda Yoga system shows us how to use those energies to harmonise body, mind and emotions thereby enabling us to attune ourselves with higher levels of awareness.
