Shraddha Giulia Calligaro
A graduate in Ananda Yoga and meditation from the European School of Ananda Yoga in Assisi, Shraddha teaches at Ananda, online, in Milan and at organized retreats throughout Italy. She became a life & spiritual coach by pursuing a master's degree at the Academy of Happiness in Milan and combining Yogananda's healing techniques with deep personal growth work through writing. She is the author of the book Exercises in Love and co-author with with Jayadev Jaerschky, Exercises in Happiness, Lessons in Trust for Changing Times (all published by Yogananda Editions).
She has trained with international teachers, including yoga nidra with Rod Stryker. She has written about yoga for Yoga Journal and Io donna RCS, a magazine with which she has worked as a professional journalist for more than 15 years. Before the pandemic, she was also a reporter in developing countries for the RCS group.
Born in Friuli, after living 20 years in Milan, she felt she wanted to intensify her service by moving to Ananda at the end of 2020.
