Arathi Sabrina Gianno was born in Tripoli in Libya, and lives near Rignano Flaminio (Roma) where she serves in the cultural association “Mata Devi”. She leads meetings that combine physical well being with the spiritual search; she creates healing circles for women. She is a shiatsu therapist, a qualified Ananda Yoga teacher, leading Ananda yoga classes in Rome and in Rignano Flaminio for adults, children, prenatal yoga, baby-mom yoga.
Author of "The Little Yogi" and "Yoga During Pregnancy- a message of love for you and your child" (both in Italian only). She offers training courses at the European Academy of Ananda Yoga in teaching yoga to children and pregnant women.
